These Terms & Conditions apply when you use oliveglowsunless.com or place an order with Olive Glow.

Olive Glow currently sells and delivers within the United Kingdom only.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Ordering

When placing an order through our website, you will have the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors before completing your purchase.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

Your order is accepted when it has been dispatched and you receive confirmation of dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorised
• There has been an obvious pricing or product description error
• We are otherwise unable to fulfil the order

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) and are the current prices at the time of ordering.

Prices, discounts, promotions and special offers may change from time to time.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and update product details where necessary.

UK Delivery

Olive Glow currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

Available delivery methods and current delivery charges are displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are provided as guidance. Although most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur once a parcel has been handed to the courier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a parcel being returned to Olive Glow, additional delivery or courier charges may be payable before the order can be sent again.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is taken to a collection point or depot, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect it within the timeframe provided by the courier.

If an uncollected parcel is returned to Olive Glow, any courier return charges and the cost of sending the parcel again may be charged to the customer.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact info@oliveglowsunless.com so we can investigate.

Where a customer has authorised a parcel to be left in a designated safe place, our ability to investigate or make a successful claim with the courier may be limited.

Pre-Orders

Payment for pre-order products is taken when the order is placed.

If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, the amount paid for the unavailable item will be refunded.

Where an order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, the complete order may be dispatched once all products are available unless otherwise agreed with Olive Glow.

Additional postage charges may apply if separate deliveries are requested.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If your order has already been dispatched, the returns and cancellation information below applies.

Returns & Change-of-Mind Cancellations

If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you generally have the right to notify us that you wish to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

After notifying us of your cancellation, eligible goods must be returned within a further 14 days.

Please contact info@oliveglowsunless.com before returning an order so we can provide the appropriate return information.

Products being returned must be:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In their original packaging
• In a resalable condition
• Returned with the original product seal fully intact

For products supplied sealed for health or hygiene reasons, the statutory right to cancel may be lost once the product has been unsealed after delivery where the relevant legal exemption applies.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods unless otherwise required by law.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.

For an eligible change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods together with the cost of our standard delivery service where required by law.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express delivery, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our standard delivery service.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible unopened product, please contact us before returning it.

Any additional postage costs for sending a replacement product will be confirmed before the exchange is completed.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order details and photographs where appropriate so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product packaging, appearance, ingredients or other details may occasionally be updated.

Please always check the information provided on the product packaging before use.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure products are used appropriately and in accordance with the instructions provided.
